INSCOM EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND SHARP OFFICES
INSCOM EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
INSCOM Equal Opportunity Program is the responsibility of every Commander, supervisor, Soldier, and civilian employee. Every Commander with INSCOM is responsible for the success or failure of their EO Program. The success of the EO Program depends on this individual who must exhibit sincere and dedicated efforts toward every facet of EO policies. Any deviation in this sincerity as is readily noticed and serves only to compromise the program and deter the INSCOM from its goal of true equality, fair treatment for all and mission accomplishment.
