INSCOM Equal Opportunity Program is the responsibility of every Commander, supervisor, Soldier, and civilian employee. Every Commander with INSCOM is responsible for the success or failure of their EO Program. The success of the EO Program depends on this individual who must exhibit sincere and dedicated efforts toward every facet of EO policies. Any deviation in this sincerity as is readily noticed and serves only to compromise the program and deter the INSCOM from its goal of true equality, fair treatment for all and mission accomplishment.


INSCOM SHARP PROGRAM

INSCOM Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program reinforces the Army's commitment to eliminate incidents of sexual harassment and sexual assault through a comprehensive policy that centers on awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response, reporting and accountability. Additionally, INSCOM policy promotes sensitive care and confidential reporting for victims of sexual assault and accountability for those who commit these crimes.
