Sponsorship of newly assigned Soldiers begins prior to leaving the old duty station and includes the completion of the DA Form 5434 (Sponsorship Request Form) located on the

Directions:
From Honolulu International Airport, Schofield Barracks is approximately a 30-minute drive northwest. Follow H-2 Freeway toward Wahiawa, then take the Schofield Barracks exit.
The main gate is located at Lyman Road.
